Guy calls and asks for my boss by his first name.  I ask him to clarify and he gives me a last name.  I ask where he is calling from and he tells me "Coding Brains"  and says they are an "offshore software tech company" I say "ok" what is this in regards to. and he tells me again "we are an offshore software developement tech company" ok- well that does not tell me what you want. so I ask "do you NEED our services?" and he basically repeats himself, so I reply- "well we do the same thing you do, so we don't need your services. Thanks" and then he asks me "do you know what offshore shore software...bla bla means?" and I reply "yes i do." (I did not add the comment i wanted to)
and then he demands i tell him what it means. i hung up on him.
