I think this number is just a number programmed into a phone line & not the
actual number being called from. I called this number back and got the message
from the phone co that this number has been disconnected. My caller ID said
"California" which can be entered into any phone.
Personally, I don't get the purpose of these calls if they never respond when you
answer anyway.
