I'm a tech so it makes sense this would be a headhunter IT agency. I have a resume' out on an IT jobsite. I came here because I couldn't make out the msg well about someone wanting to 'help me fill out the application'. LOL. Well that is a little premature. I haven't even agreed I want to pursue the job!
