It is Virgin mobile calling for a survey just recieved the call and took the survey for my experience with customer service

Got called one morning on my cell by this number. Didn't pick it up, it rang to voicemail but they didn't leave a message. Next morning they called again, same thing happened, then it called a second time and hung up halfway through. Very odd. Caller ID says it's from San Jose.
