That I was being sued over a product I bought on tv and after Six months.
supposblely they sent me the product again via FedEx and I wasn't here to receive it an thy they have videos of each and every time they try  to drop off the product. I called back with a different number asking them who it was and he just asked for my name and hung up on me, called again and said if this number was regarding my product I had bought and he said just a moment ill refer to them and supposblely he was a lawyer from my area that was referred by the court to help me at that moment I just told my mom to cancel her credit card. Everyone beware..!!!!! Most people who don't have the technology will be tricked and scammed. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT FOR 180$ he would delete all my information off the system and the debt. But since I'm too smart I did all these and found out it was a scam and searched online and everyone said it was a scam so PEOPLE DON'T GET SCAMMED JUST IGNORE IT AND CANCEL WHAT EVER CREDIT CARD YOU USED WITH THEM in case they want to steal your information

THEY CALLED ME IN SPANISH TO INFORM ME THAT THEY ARE SENDING ME TO COURT, CAUSE I FAILED TO PAY A FUNGUS MEDICATION. THE CLAIM IS FOR $1700.00 REALLY? I DONT EVEN HAVE FUNGUS!!

My father received a similar call, also in Spanish.  The caller said she was with the Notifications Office letting us know about pending litigation that was filed against us in a "corte legal " (legal court) because we weren't home to receive a package for something that was ordered via telephone.  The price quoted to us for "deleting all of the information off the system" was $200.  She became very irrate and rude when I asked her to tell me the name of her company, or to specify in which court something was filed.  She just kept insisting that they were the only ones that could help us otherwise we would be responsible for a $2,700 court fee and a loss of 7 days of work.  She could also not explain why we hadn't recieved any paper work from any court.  BEWARE!!!!!
