Phone ID came up Ravi P. Message on answering machine accusing me of avoiding a 2nd attempt at ducking a magistrate judge, criminal offense, or grand jury... really,??? which is it.  The voice was threatening.  This is scam call is harassment  and I'm reporting to Do Not Call registry
