Number came up as "LEVIS N" - Caller identified himself as Larry Burns from the The Berman Group.  Recv'd a call just 18 minutes earlier from a Shannon Rogers, no company name given referring to 408-333-9230 and a case for "FRAUD", and a case number.  Stated is was a "State Requirement" notification be given - total BS.  Check with your State on Debit Collectors, and the FDCPA.  These people are clearly in violation, and the number does not tie back to a legit company.  Trace reveals VOIP number - Broadband call.  Lots of red flags.
