First, I received a call from this number, the guy called Larry Gonzales, left a voice message asking me to check my email for a job opportunity.  Since I am currently a active job seeker, I thought he was replying regarding to a job I've applied earlier.  I checked my email and click on the hyper link (for job description), and it connected me to another website.  It seemed that it was a website where you can find the company's name, Huawei, on a "World's Most Innovative Companies List", raking #5.  For some reason, I've decided to jump off from that website and open another window and google the same title of "World's Most....".  What I found is that there was such a website existing, however, there was no trace of Huawei or whatsoever on the official list.  

I think this is a scheme but a more sophisticate one.  They even created a fake website to earn your trust so BEWARE of this company if they happen to contact you via phone or email.
