Gun Rha is a Korean Export. His business ("Raytek") is a fake, and his location is merely a suburban house in Southern California. He is looking to buy (and resell overseas) expensive electronics and sensors, even balistical and aerospace ones only licensed to the US military. His website is a fake, and his "employees" are merely relatives. The California directory of business if lists the "company" as being involved in Wholesale Electronics, Wholesale Guns/Ammunition, and other various things.
