Keep getting unwanted  calls from 408.316
6362. how do I get it to stop

Last week he called.  I am on the "do not call" list.  I informed him and asked him to remove me from his list and then hung up. Moments later I got another call from him when he threatened to kick my [***].  I have caller ID so I will put his number on my block call list.
I had a similar problem a few years ago.  I finally contacted the phone company.  They have a department that resolves "crank" calls. The calls stopped immediately. My number had been added to the rollover list from a Home Shopping Network show who told me they could not fix it.... There is a solution.

He called my number several times over the week. No messages. Picked up phone today. After a few seconds silence, he said my name and said he was "Bogie". Asked if I heard about the latest bill being passed. I asked him to be more specific ( I should have hung up, but I was in the mood to be entertained). He didn't answer my question and instead rambling on about nothing in particular. I though he was drunk and just enjoyed doing crank calls ( so 1960's) I got suspicious when I could hear my voice in the background and hung up immediately. Maybe he was recording my voice and since he had my name, who knows what he's got up his sleeve

Keeps calling twice every day. I don't pick up, but it is getting annoying. These guys need a bit of government attention, not the kind they would like.
