calling my phone.no message. only says"california" on caller id.

this number called my business line and it is unpublished... it also says "california" on caller id

It's the "UtilityReductionProgram.org" offering contracting services to reduce energy bills. However they
A> are calling on Do Not Call registered numbers.
B> do not have a do not call policy
C> Hang up on you when you ask for more information about where they are located.
D> Have a hastily put-together website with no contact information that was just created on January 12, 2012.
E> Clearly do not understand and/or are not trained in Federal DNC regulations.
F> Are calling in California with automated voice announcements (illegal unless there is a prior business relationship).
G> Are not affiliated with any utility company (and therefore have no business relationship basis on which to call)
H> Deserve to be sued for their bad behavior.

I spoke with Lauren after pressing 1 at the automated number.

Called my cell phone. I did not answer. I put in a complaint on there about the phone. I agree with
