Indian man threatening with legal matters.  Does know my name and phone number--definitely a scam

this indian [***] never calls me directly but is calling my girlfriend and my job...who the hell is this???

I know this is a scam, but how do we get this to stop. They are calling me on my cell and work? Most of all, HOW DID THEY GET THIS INFO?

A caller stating he is with the Jack Miller law group keeps calling our business looking for an employee he states is ours. He stated he will have a team of legal people come down on us and was very abusive to me . The caller is calling from India and said he can talk to me in any manner he wishes.....

this indian man also left me message with a call back number of  408-310-4044, the caller id came in as 875-820-6274, he also mention something about my family, does he think we are stupid ..
