Don't know if it was a scam as reported by "Joe", but caller left no message. Truecaller reports owner as Carolyn L Gilstrom.

Just received a call from "Carloyn Gilstrom" (Caller ID). Left no message; will now go on blocked list! At least she/he/they/it waited until 9:45 AM. Usually these calls start right at 9 AM! Guess it must be the holidays.
