After over 6 calls over the last 5 weeks, I was able to get passed to a Supervisor.  I told him I am on Do Not Call list and have requested on every call to be taken off their list.  He gave me 877.681.3976 to lodge a formal complaint with the company-- (American Pro Energy).  Called the number and left message with my concerns.  I also sent an e-mail to the company via their website with my formal request so there is a paper trail if I continue to receive calls

I just filed a complaint with the BBB.com... They already had 12 complaints of the same nature. If everyone does the same we may stop these harassing calls.

I'm not positive, but I believe the company's name is A1 Solar Power in Van Nuys, CA.  If you look them up on Yelp, you will see a lot of complaints about annoying calls, same as all of us are posting here!  They have spoofed dozens of phone numbers.  I wouldn't do business with them if my life depended on solar power!

This company continues to call me as well even after registering my number on the do not call list and asking them on multiple occasions to remove me from their call list. Today I filed a complaint with the FCC. https://www.fcc.gov/complaints
