received a call withheld, then immediately after from 14082880163 with nobody there. I too tried to return the call and there was a busy signal. I tried to search for the owner with no success.

same exact thing just happened to me... private call, call from 402-288-0163, I tried to call back and there was a recorded message to try again later.
