this the 3rd time someone has called.  I do not call back, because I do not know who the caller is.

call every day once or twice. I have told them I just got the number, thus am not the person they are looking for, but they continue to call. I have been told i will be taken 'off the list' but clearly this has not happened.

I have been getting calls from this number (and sometimes others) for a few months now.  It started in August or September.  Daily phone calls with an automated voice mail message dictating a phone number.  After a week I answered it.  There was an auto-message asking for someone I didn't know, and saying to push a certain number if I wasn't that person.  So I did, expecting to get a human on the phone or to be removed from the call list.  Neither hapened.  I started rejecting every phone call after that, expecting that they would just go away.  It's still going and I'm angry.

I am on the do not call list and have filed a complaint with the FTC, but other than that I don't know what to do to stop these people.  Has anyone had success stopping the phone calls?

I'm going to call the AG's office tomorrow if I get another one. I am sick of these people. I am NOT who they are seeking, and their calls cost me money coming in on my cell line. They are scum.
