It's from East Indiana Treatment Center with offices in various cities. As the person said above, it is most likely them returning your call. Or someone gave them your number as theirs.

Got a call from this number no message and nobody in our house has EVER called this number for addiction problems and we are in AZ so this is kinda weird?  Have no idea why or how they got my husbands cell phone number.  We don't give that number out to anyone.  It's for emergencies with he and I if I need him.
