scam, my text message said something about a resume, have not submitted a resume in over 13 years, don't trust this number

This call sent me a message as well.  Had my number of course, First and Last name along with my OLD address.  Said, " Regarding Resume, I lead the international expansion team. Respond before 4 pm Pst. by calling us back."  Who is this? What do they want?  How did they get my info when I never sent them a resume.  I haven't looked for a job in over ten years.
