THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!  Caller states they are from Dell (with a very thick India accent) and have detected an issue with your computer and want you to go to your computer and enter some commands to fix it, which I am sure will give them full access to all of your identity information.  I have called Dell and verified that they do not initiate calls unless you have an open service ticket.  They advised to do NOT entertain these callers.  They also advised to call the federal trade commission at 877-382-4357 and file a complaint.  I just did this and it only took about 3 minutes.  I'd advise everyone else who is getting these calls to do the same thing.  Caller is relentless.  Calls both mine and my husbands cell phone numerous times per day.  We are not answering the calls so they hang up and call right back.  I'm getting an air horn today and hopefully this will take care of the issue!

This is a scam.  they say they are from Dell and notice problems with my laptop.   Do not fall for it.
