I keep getting a call from this number when I call back it just disconnects who' or what establishment does this number represent

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Added this at my call blocking list. I didnt buy an app or any cause some phone already got an applications that has with it.

This person keeps calling but wont talk.wen i call it backnit rings once then goes silent or dusconnects
