I called back, the message said "WCA subscriber services". I think it's an India-based company that has huge phone scam work going.
I got onto this via an inadvertent web form post, and never have been able to get off (despite being on do-not-call, calling the WCA unsubscribe, etc, etc).

Same with me. No message. Called number and got WCA subscriber services voice mail. Said my number is now entered for 1 $100 giveaway. Yeah...right.
