Lady telling me about the new leopard operating system from Apple computer.  Asked questions about our organization and how many macs we have and how much money we plan on spending regarding our apple needs this year.  She wasn't a salesperson because she didn't know anything about leopard when I asked more questions she said she would forward my name to a sales rep.

Woman called said her name was Mary Jane something and to call her back and that she was from Apple.
