Fraudster. spoofed number.
received a call, could not call back using blocked id, number is invalid. no such 187 switch.
unblocked my id, was told cost is 2 cents a minute. Huh?

Got a call. Picked up...silence....four Mississippi's later, dial tone. Recommend ignore or block.
