It's a new number. I got a call too but was blocked by my VOIP service.

Scammer, do not answer.

Received a call from this obviously non-valid number, with a CID of "Name Unavailable", either
of which always makes ME Unavailable.  Both indicators together assure me that whoever is
calling is Not Someone I want to speak to about Anything, Ever, At All.  Called the number
back and sure enough, got the old standard recording of "The number you have reached is Not valid..."
