Got a call from this number. Answered. The woman on the line knew my name, but hung up when I asked her for hers. Seems remarkably like other solar companies that have called, and the number is clearly hijacked because 147 is not a valid prefix.

Who ever these people are, they call every day. I can't block them because AT&T call block service says it's an invalid number. UGH!!!!
I never answer. They never leave a mssg.
