Called twice but didn't leave any message

Got about 10 calls (never leaves a message) and I finally answered it. It's a telemarketer who was offering a free home consultation for landscaping. I informed I was on the do-not-call list, and she said sometimes the numbers slip through (what good is it, then?!) but she'd remove me from their list if I wanted it.
