Same happened to me. Kept talking over me. When I told him I'm on the donotcall list, he hung up on me. Doesn't work to call back - number not in service.

A guy named Alan said he was from Village Home Improvement. I told him this was a do not call number but he still tried to keep going to find out if I was a home owner. I had to hang up.

They've been calling me for over a week. I picked up and a woman asked me if I was "Miss (insert last name)". I asked who was calling and she hung up.
