Got a call from this number and 408-144-5365. Neither left a message. Tried to call both numbers back but got a busy signal. I believe these are spoofed numbers.

I have had multiple calls from this number, and they say they are a 'contractor'.  There is a delay where I have to say hello at least 3 times before they say anything; obviously not a legit business.  I have asked them every time to stop calling me please, and they hang up on me.

This number 408-144-5365 and 408-196-5365 both have CID's of "Name Not Found".  Look at the last 4 numbers and they're identical.  It's the same people.  Most all the calls I get are from these bogus contractors.  I got a call from the 196 prefix last week, and the 144 today.  I wouldn't be surprised if all the bogus calls I get are from the same people operating out of the same hole.
