In San Jose I have been getting odd calls where no one answers. This number 408-133-6523 is similar to other posted prefixes that had similar complaints as 408-147-6699, 408-227-4545, 408-176-3942. Not sure what this means, if it is a robo-caller to determine if anyone is home? Any ideas? Who owns the 408-1xx-xxxx prefix anyway?
