I wish I had read your post before.  WE PAID $1500 -  up front.  Pretty stupid of us??? We did not get any offers to rent our TWO time shares on Orange Lake Property in prime weeks 12 and 13.  When we tried to contact--received little response.  We then decided to find them in Orlando.  Their address on contract is 5389 Kirkman Rd, Units 103-106.  We went their,  103 is a PakMail office (at which GMAC has a mail box). 104 is Dominios Pizza, 105 is a another resturant and 106 is  and vacant for rent. Still trying to track down someone from this division.  Will update later.

I just received a call from GMAC real estate division to arrange the sale of my time share at Westgate across Disney World and promised me a 10 grand profit. All they needed was my credit card infor and I'd have 10 grand in 30 days. I said I'd talk to them tomorrow. I have a gut feeling that if it sounds too good to be true then it isn't true at all. Was I right?

These people are fraud artists ready to feed on your greed. You will never hear back from them, let alone get anywhere the money the amount they quote. I researched my timeshare's value at 13- 15 K and was told to expect 23-25 K. Yeah Right! I read all the reviews on these people and nobody, and I MEAN NOBODY has anything but nice to say about these people.BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have received a number of calls from GMAC timeshare sales.  It is similar to what others have written:  we are looking for excess inventory, there is going to be a convention in Orlando very shortly and they are looking to broker a deal to rent my timeshare "for" me in exchange for an upfront fee ($1000 in my case).  Do I have additional points or a week that I would like to rent for, on the average, $2,200.  If my week were to be rented for this price, the fee would be paid for by the first rental agreement.
