get calls from this number, they never leave a message

I have been getting annoying calls from unknown area codes.  It is frustrating as they leave no message and I hate that.  I don't answer if I don't know the number.

some employees from RCI are selling the member list to outside timeshare telemarketters. they in return offer a discount on a vacation package only IF you buy a timeshare

This number called today 2 p.m. Sounded like a computer generated call with a bit of background noise.  No one came on for several minutes.  The call ended abruptly when I directed a loud noise into the receiver. We have a fractional ownership cottage (not a timeshare or RCI property) but for a fee we can bank weeks with RCI & trade into one of their facilities so it could be related to them.  You wonder why they bother calling & then not making their pitch.
