Pre-recorded message about the availability of a nurse practitioner in the area, evidently some kind of placement/recruiting service.  The call sounded as if they thought my number was for a doctor's office.   If they call again, I block them.

Caller ID name appears to be bogus.  This is a pitch for a healthcare recruiter known as NSI.
