Unwanted caller. Didn't answer. No message. VERY ANNOYING!!!!

Called, but did not leave message.

has been calling for years. sometimes when i answer, they just hang up. today i returned call. rang for 2 minutes, guy answered. said he was calling about an rci promotion. i have not been a member of rci for 2 years and do not want unsolicited calls. why do they call and hang up. super annoying. i asked him to remove me from call list. he hung up. i called back. he answered again annoyed.
