I got a junk call on my cell from 4079347282 and resent that I have to pay. Please stop them - punishment would be good too!

Multiple calls today...one-ring. Tried calling back because I am expecting a call from the 407 area code...got fast-busy. Probably earlier comments are correct, a scammer
