Just got call from this number, they did not a message. I tried to call them back and I get a message saying that number is not in service.I'm also on the no call list.Next time I get a call from them I will answer and find out what they want,if it is for credit card as some as stated I will tell them if I want a credit card I'll call them otherwise DON'T CALL ME.

This is RAchel calling about your credit. They apparently are using a rerouted number to make it appear that it is a county government calling. And to protect them from government fines.

got the call also today, this has been going for more than 2 years and I have tried all kinds of ways to get away from Rachel. I think it's time the phone companys step up and fix this ground of people! or is the phone companys  making the money from both sides. This is a form of harrasment in my book, but how can you get back at them and the phone companys who let this type of thing to go on? Maybe the Feds should step in like in days past!!

Rec'd. call this afternoon....I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number, figuring if it's important, they'll leave a msg. & I can then handle accordingly (if legit).  They didn't leave a msg., & now that I've read the other posts I won't worry about lettting the phone ring from now on!

I've received calls from this number - they never leave any messages.  When I finally answered - they hung up.  I called the number and got a recording stating the number I dialed was not in service.  No doubt they are sleezebags.  

This type of nusiance is happening more and more and it's nearly impossible to stop.  I keep an airhorn by my phone and when I have the opportunity to get one of the scum on the phone, I give them a good blast.  You can find these air horns at any dollar store, otherwise a whistle works pretty well too!
