Thanks for all the numbers ed.  I've been keeping a list as well.  I finally turned off my voice mail so they can't leave a message.  I just let all my friends know that I'll call them back if they call me.  I'm going on the DNC complaint site now and list all of these numbers.  Thanks again.

Second call received on my cell phone regarding energy survey, at the end of the call you are instructed to press 2 to be removed from calling list.  I also pressed "2" at the end of my first call.  Very annoying.
