This number called me & stated that they have a warrant for my arrest. No name was given. They stated that this was Orange County police & it wasn't the right location.

Someone using this number called and left a text message on my son's phone yesterday. They claimed to be a detective from the Orange County Sheriff's Office. They never asked to speak to a particular person, they just started stating all kinds of stuff when my son answered the phone. He was told it would be in his "best interest" if he cooperated and enrolled in a program. If he didn't, he would have to face charges and would have his file sent to the U.S District Attorney, be arrested in the morning and there would be a nationwide bench warrant for his arrest. If you search for this number on Yahoo, it is linked to sex sites.

Did anything happen. Did you do anymore research. I got it as well

He stated that his name was Detective Jason Gorberg.

He gave me & name & a badge number: 0165. I told a friend of mine who knows a detective. Said that this is a complete scam, mainly because he's out of his jurisdiction. He's not suppose to be directly talking to you. If you did commit a crime, he's suppose to call your local district attorney & they will handle the rest. He wasn't suppose to call you.
