just silence when the phone is answered.

This is amazing. How can you get a call from a number that's disconnected? I got a call last night and no one was on the other end of the line. I called the number and it says it's disconnected. Makes no sense. Online research says the number is to Marvin R Holmes American Cowboy Association, tax exempt company. Someone needs to do some investigating on this. The calls are getting to be annoying!
