called let phone ring once and then hung up when I called right back there was no answer phone just rings.

Calls & leaves no message. Calls on Saturday and during week. Call back no answer. Comes up as "Florida State O"

Yes; annoying calls all hours; before 8 am and after 7pm...........does not leave message.  How do you deal with these people??? They are calling a business line!!!

They just called and did leave VM. It's the Florida Unemployment Agency. I had sent them an e-mail asking a question (I live in PA) so they were just getting back to me with information how to call and reach a live person to answer the question. Believe it's legitimate and not a debt collector or similar.
There was no call type that seemed to fit so that's why I selected "Event Reminder".
