Answered because it appeared to be a local number.   Call it back and it was a typed message that said " thank you for calling the warranty department     You were recently contacted that the warranty on your vehicle is about to expire this is your last chance to extend that warranty ".  Blocked the number.    I have news for them my car has been out of warranty for many years

Said they were calling about my warranty. I asked to be put on the do not call list and the girl continued to ask about my warranty. Then she said I'll be on the side of the road broken down, thats what insurance is for kid. When I asked what company she was with she said "Motor Vehicle Administration"
