407-809-5027 called Mar 28, 2017 at 11:18 am. No message. Caller ID = OUT OF AREA, which when coupled with NO MESSAGE is usually a guaranteed sign of a telemarketer or SCAMMER (who doesn't want to be identified).
Looking forward to Ajit Pai, the Chairman of the FCC, to enforcing Robocall Strike Force in 2017! Scammers using Robocalling are #1 complaint to FCC, who call at a rate of 2.4 billion calls per month. FCC recently shut down one Robocaller who was stealing money from victims at $500,000 per day!
