They called my cell and never left a message. When returning the call, an answering machine answers and says the voice box is full, call again later. Wish I knew who this was

This person called on a cell phone and said that they were trying to help people save on there power bill. That they have alot of complaints about progress energy. When we questioned there company and asked for more info they gave us some recording . When we tired calling back the mailbox is always full. They tell you you may qualify for obama grants to save on your power bill. What is really wierd they ask how many adults and children live in the house. WHY DO THEY NEED THIS INFO? They tell you they are working to make florida a greener place. j
