10/5/07-I have had this number calling my cell for weeks now. They call at least once everyday. They called 4 times just yesterday. They are calling from Spinaker Resorts to people who have stayed at one of their locations.

This is a fraud. TELL THEM "NOTHING' AND HANG UP.

They have been calling me everyday on my cell for at least 6 mos. Note I have been on the do-not-call list for a month or so before the calls started happening. Before it was once a day at the same time. Later they switched the times and started calling me twice a day. Today they called me 4 times, they are getting aggressive lately. The only day they don't call me is on Sundays. I have never answered this number b/c I suspect they are scammers. When you call the ph. no. back it is a recording that says "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line for the next available agent." I called the # at night and there is no disclosure saying they are closed or who they are or their hrs of operation. I have been called by "legit" telemarketers before and was always able to verify their ph # online as a real co. but this one is a undisclosed landline. I filed a complant on the govt do-not-call website so I hope that helps. I also downloaded a call blocker program on my phone that immediately drops their call. Granted it still sends the caller to voicemail rather than a true block, it is better than me having to hear my phone ring for no reason. I refuse to answer the phone and talk to these people, so it shall be a battle of persistance. Even though I ask them to stop calling I do not know if they will listen anyway.
