Believe its a place called P& B collections out of New York, they don't like to identify themselves, and they use bogus caller ID names, last one used was from starnet paecet, told them I don't talk on recorded call and he lied to me.

P&b collections.  they were looking for a former employee teddy strunk, the gentleman were very helpful. I'm not exactly sure how they got my number or why they called me looking for Ted. I told him it wasn't me and I gave him mr strunks phone number I have not heard from them since.
