This is a company that poses as Ocwen Financial, some sort of Collection Agency for those who do not pay their bills.  However, after doing some research, they really are NOT CONNECTED to collecting money, but rather at COLLECTING PRIVATE INFORMATION so that they can STEAL YOUR IDENTITY!!  If you do not already know, this is the Number #1 thing that is stolen in the USA.  BE VERY CAUTIOUS with these people!  NEVER ANSWER their phone calls!  REPORT THEM to the FTC!  WARN OTHERS about these people!  And last but not least, NEVER ANSWER THE OTHER PHONE NUMBERS that they call from, which are 407-737-5454, 407-737-5221, 407-737-5000, 407-249-1572, and 914-593-1600.  They will eventually give up on you, but only after 2 months, and move on to the next victim on their list.  NEVER, EVER ANSWER A PHONE CALL WITH THE ABOVE PHONE NUMBERS ON YOUR CALLER ID AT HOME OR ON YOUR CELL PHONE!  It will only encourage them to continue to harass you!

Ocwen Finance calls my home each morning between the hours of 8:11 AM and 8:32 AM looking for Eric. For over a month now I have advised each representative there is no Eric that lives her and to please stop calling my home, yet every morning they get dumber and dumber by the day and speak less and less English by the minute! Today was the last straw, I am home on medical leave attempting to recuperate from surgery and your company has a bunch of IDIOCY, INCOMPITANT, DUMBER THAN DUMB MORON’S CALLING MY HOME!!!!!!

One professional to another I normally do not act this way but you all have pushed my last button. The conversations according to your representatives are recorded and I strongly urge you to pull them! Yes, I have threatened your employees and I have strongly encouraged them call the police and get a supervisor involved because now the table have turned! I have spent my morning so far and will continue to call your office back for the remainder of my time home (6 months), yelling and cursing out your representatives when they answer the call.
There must be a clause that your simple minded, incompetent employees can not hang up on irate customers? Well here is a clue since they do not seem to get it..........I am not a customer of yours, I am a MI citizen who has tried to be nice and now I have a new found hate for ignorance (Your company – Ocwen Finance). I have also pasted the following number on my web site, and blog as well as all of your email addresses and I have sent this email to every in my data base (7,041 People). I plan to give your company living hell until I see fit to stop, since you were not competent enough to update your files and get your facts straight.........I have 6 months and all of your phone numbers and addresses to include email and I am pissed!

By the way, I checked with both the state, county, and city police and nothing I have done or plan to do to your company and its representatives is illegal because I am notifying you in writing, I have made repeated attempts to resolve the matter without it turning ugly and your company failed. Not only did they fail at resolving the problem.......your company initiated the problem and failed to correct it, instead you choose to keep it going so allow me to show you how harassing someone can really be. Do not bother to call me because all calls which come into my home now are recorded and there are no exceptions!
