"Academy Publi" on caller ID.  This number pulls up (on Google) a company.  They claimed to be selling advertising in the parent newsletter of our local school.  Oddly, this school has it's own marketing department/class that does all of this so I'm not sure what is going on.  We declined advertising and will continue to deal directly with the students.
