I received this automated call on my work line. Any ideas how it can be stopped?

telemarketers/scammer/flim flamer. They want your ss number, bank routing number, and/or your credit card number. BEWARE!

I actually answered my cell phone (highly unusual) for this unknown number. I was greeted with a shrill whistle that made me yank the phone away from my ear. When I called the [***] back all I got was a fast busy signal. DON'T ANSWER IT!

Number called my cell in TX @ 8:43am. Did not leave a msg. Called back based on dial tone, sounded like a cell. Number disconnected. I have been getting calls from companies automated asking me to put a sign in my yard and they will pay me for advertising. I'm out.

I get these calls every three or four days, the caller id always reads a state and the USA, example "FL, USA"
