WOW. is all I have to say.  Just got off the phone with a representative named Bert, who then escalated me to his SUPERVISOR.  Totally ridiculous, combative, unprofessional, got very agitated when I said I looked them up and do not trust their company (based on this website- thank you!) PREFERRED GUEST RESORTS, GO SCREW YOURSELF!!!!

Same thing...keeps calling...as late at 10pm...and hangs up, never leaves message, I try calling back on another line and I always get voicemail.

Yep, same thing. Someone calls. I won't answer numbers I don't know. Then, I try to call back and it goes straight to a computer voicemail that says the person at ext 0541 can't come to the phone right now so leave a message.
