Typical robo-call scam offering some con game to "reduce your interest debt, etc etc".
Identity theft is the real reason these scumbags are calling, they are just tricking you into calling them back and giving them your personal information.

They are a fraud, said they were calling to reduce the interest rate, the guy hung up after he got the card information. They are scammers and fraud.
