Another call about raising electric rates in Florida. Not sure if it was a real person or a recording.

407-656-3643 at first I thought it was a joke because this number is very similar to my own phone number except the area code is different.  It is a computer that sounds like a human calling about Electric Rates in Florida.  It's just another Scam trying to get somebody dumb enough to do what they ask.  If you ask if they are a human they say, yes I am a real human, I am just using my computer to talk to you through the phone...  If you ask what color the sky is the machine says "I do not understand the question".  I hate robocalls.
